By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Application.The Tender Application is a utility tool for creating resumes (CVs), invoices, quotes, and static websites hosted on GitHub Pages. The Application is designed to facilitate professional document management and online presence creation, while ensuring user data privacy through local storage.
The Tender Application offers the following features: Creation and customization of resumes (CVs) tailored to different professional sectors and user needs. The Application enables structuring, formatting, and exporting these CVs in formats suitable for professional use. Generation of customizable quotes and invoices, allowing Users to create professional commercial documents for their activities. These documents can be customized according to the User’s specific needs and exported in suitable formats. Creation of static websites with the ability to host them on GitHub Pages. The Application facilitates the design and publication of personal or professional websites without requiring advanced web development knowledge. Local storage of data entered by the User in a SQLite database on the User's device, ensuring confidentiality and availability of information even without an internet connection.
The User agrees to use the Application in accordance with these Terms, applicable laws, and best practices. The User is solely responsible for their use of the Application and any consequences thereof. The User acknowledges that the Application is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. The publisher does not guarantee that the Application will meet the User’s expectations, function without interruption, be error-free, or that defects will be corrected. The User is responsible for backing up their data. Although the Application stores data locally on the User’s device, it is recommended that the User regularly backs up important data to other media.
The Tender Application, including its source code, user interface, graphics, logos, trademarks, and all other constituent elements, is protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted to the User are reserved by the Application publisher. The User is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download, install, and use the Application on their personal devices, solely for personal and non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms.
The Tender Application is designed with full respect for User privacy. The data entered by the User (for the creation of CVs, invoices, quotes, etc.) is stored locally on their device only in an SQLite database and is not transmitted to external servers belonging to the application developer. The User retains ownership of the data they enter and is responsible for its accuracy and legality.
The application uses the Google AdMob service for displaying advertisements. This service, as a third party, collects and processes certain types of data for ad optimization, fraud prevention, and analytics. This data is transmitted securely (via the TLS protocol).

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the publisher of the Application shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from or related to the use or inability to use the Application. The publisher of the Application assumes no responsibility for content created by the User using the Application. The User is solely responsible for ensuring that the CVs, invoices, quotes, and websites they create comply with applicable laws and regulations. The publisher of the Application does not guarantee that documents created using the Application will be accepted by the intended third parties. The User is responsible for verifying that the documents meet the specific requirements of recipients.
The publisher of the Application reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication in the Application or on the associated website. The User will be notified of substantial changes to the Terms upon updating the Application. Continued use of the Application after the publication of the modified Terms constitutes acceptance of these modifications by the User. If the User does not accept the modified Terms, they must stop using the Application.
The User may terminate their use of the Application at any time by uninstalling it from their device. Termination will not affect any rights or obligations arising prior to termination. The publisher of the Application reserves the right to terminate or suspend the User's access to the Application, without notice or liability, for any reason, including, without limitation, if the User violates these Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be illegal, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of the Terms shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the User and the publisher regarding the use of the Application and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof. The failure of the publisher to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
